A while ago I announced you in a special Dreamy focus on The Maldives Resorts With Water Slides that Soneva Fushi was planning to open 2 Water Villas with slides.
Initially scheduled for June 2020 ( building stopped in Maldives during Covid-19) , the Water Villas have been inaugurated on September 1st and are now ready to welcome their first guests.

The 1 Bedroom Water Retreat with Slide cover a Total Area of 585 sqm. / 6,292 sq.ft. and can welcome up to 2 adults and 2 children.
Accessed from the main island by a curved jetty, the 1 Bedroom Water Retreat with Slide is perched directly over the clear waters of the Indian Ocean.
With chic and understated décor inspired by the sea, the expansive villa features a light-filled, spacious living area, with nearby pantry and minibar.
The large master bedroom has a king-sized bed, over which a retractable roof offers an incredible view of the night sky.
There is also a dressing room, en-suite bathroom and adjacent children’s sleeping area.
From the deck, take a cooling dip in the private pool, step directly into the balmy sea, or take the plunge from the villa’s own slide.

The 2 Bedroom Water Retreat with Slide cover a Total Area of 857 sqm. / 9,228 sq.ft. and can welcome up to 4 adults and 2 children.
This Water Retreat offers incredible views, whether over the interrupted horizon, into the clear blue depths of the ocean, or up towards the starry night sky.
The luxurious retreat, designed to ensure the utmost privacy, features an extensive outside deck, with its own private pool with catamaran net, a water slide that goes directly into the sea, comfortable loungers and sunken seating.
An upper deck, accessed from the living room, includes an al fresco dining sala and comfortable daybed. Inside, the living area features floor-to-ceiling windows to maximise the postcard-perfect vistas, while the master bedroom’s retractable ceiling is made for stargazing from the comfort of the king-sized bed.
