The Transcendent offers the first-of-a-kind Food & Beverages concept in Maldives with 3 elegant restaurants, 3 lounge Bars and, for those on the go, a playful food cart called Bites on Wheels which offers refreshing sorbets and light snacks throughout the day around the island.
All dining outlets offer a very good gastronomy from the hands of experienced chefs. This fantastic range of catering offers includes a vegetarian restaurant as well as two other restaurants of international cuisine combining the very best and freshest of ingredients.

Pullman’s All Inclusive package allows you to choose from a wide variety of dining options at restaurants that feature Arabic, Italian, French, Chinese, Indian and vegetarian cuisines paired with an extensive wine cellar to be chosen from at every meal.

The Transcendent gives access to 3 very good restaurants : Mélange, Phat Chameleon and Souk Oven, offering each its own specialties for everyone’s taste buds and curiosity.

Mélange. The main restaurant

Mélange ( which means Mix in French ), Pullman main restaurant carries well it name.
Open all day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Mélange offers a menu of delicious varied culinary influence, which includes Arabic, Italian, French, Chinese and Indian cuisine. The restaurant also offers live cooking stations, where you can accompany the dish of your choice with the very best liquors and refreshing drink.
if you travel with kids, Mélange is the place to eat with a Kids menu corner open for the little ones.

Phat Chameleon. The vegetarian restaurant

Phat Chameleon is the resort vegetarian restaurant. Whether vegetarianism is in your lifestyle or not you will love the place and its fine cuisine. Nestled in a garden of herbs and vegetables, Phat Chameleon serves a novel concept of organic, vegetarian and vegan food, with irresistible preparations created by expert chefs that masterfully combine local ingredients and international flavours. From your table you can see the chefs picking up the necessary vegetables and spices that will be prepared for your dishes.

Souk Oven. The Oriental and Mediterranean restaurant

Also included in the all inclusive plan is the excellent Souq Oven where a wide culinary variety of dishes from the Middle Eastern and Mediterranean Levant cuisine are served. Gourmands will Do not miss the delicious desserts of ethnic influence and don’t forget to accompany these delicious creations with a varied wine list with more than 80 carefully selected labels from the best wineries.

The Hub. The resort Pool Bar

The Hub is Maamutaa’s main bar. Located close to the resort main pools, The Hub is the place to be to sink into the pool with one of the resort signature cocktails. The all inclusive plan also includes lip smacking short-eats and a large menu of beverages.

Saffron Affair Bar & Lounge

Saffron Affair lounge bar is a relaxed venue located above the water with dreamy views at sunsets. The bar features suspended nets above the lagoon and a wide deck where you can enjoy a drink ( from a wide variety of wine, cocktails, whiskeys and fresh juices ) and delicious tapas, snacks, appetizers and bruschettas fresh right from the kitchen.

Sol Rising Bar & Lounge

Soul Rising is located both in and outdoor, close to an infinity pool. The elegant bar & lounge offers healthy snacks, freshly brewed coffee, delicious breakfasts, bar bites and beverages by the pool, all included in the package.

LONG STAY BENEFITS
• Non transferable : each benefit is per person and can’t be transferred to another person
• Cumulative (stay 13 nights get 3 excursion, 16 nights get 4 excursion per person per stay)

DIVING
• In order to use the beneft, guest has to show a valid diving license according to Maldives Recreational Diving Regulation.
Without a proper diving license guest cannot use the voucher.
• Diving insurance is mandatory in order to participate to any diving activity. The Diving school provide a short term dive insurance
chargeable for those who doesn’t have one. Travel insurance that cover diving accident is valid upon proof of policy and related data.

EXCURSIONS
• Kindly note that infant 0-2.99 years old are not allowed to join any boat excursion. Snorkeling conditions
• All the participants have to be able to swim on their own, be comfortable in deep water (too deep to stand) and have experience in using
snorkeling equipment (mask – and- snorkel).
Non swimmers are not allowed to join in water excursion for their own safety, due to currents presence. Minimum age 5 y.o. with parents (or guardian) only in good sea weather conditions for guided house reef snorkeling.

OTHER BENEFITS
