Corinthia’s building is already happening, led by a Maldivian company called Maarah Pvt Ltd. Maarah Pvt Ltd is closely linked with Maarah Holdings Ltd, a company from the United Arab Emirates.
Corinthia Maldives, what we know
The future luxury hotel will cover two islands. The bigger one will have a resort with 73 rooms, and the smaller one will be a private island.
The resort’s offerings will extend to cutting-edge wellness facilities, a variety of fitness areas, and an array of five dining establishments managed in collaboration with globally acclaimed brands.
The resort Design and Architecture
The architecture and design of the hotel draws inspiration from the ocean’s majestic Manta Ray. Every facet of the resort, from the main pavilion to the villas will echoe the lines and shapes found in nature’s aquatic world.
Shaping the future resort
A big team will execute the shaping of the future Corinthia Maldives.
In addition to HKS serving as the lead architects, a team of contractors and engineering firms is collabating on the project.
RLB Hoolooman, which tracks a record of 14 Maldives resorts, assumes the role of project managers. They collaborate closely with the Maldives Transport and Contracting Company (MTTC), the key player responsible for land reclamation and shore protection. China State Construction takes on the role of the general contractor and Beaufort Global, headquartered in Dubai, U.A.E., is tapped as the asset manager.
